Brands should always know and respect that it has always been and it will always be about what the consumer wants and never about what the brand wants.
Consumers can single handedly convert a product/service into a brand and vice versa. Brands need to understand that it is imperative that they maintain a strong connection between the relevancy of what's happening in the consumer's lives and the what they are offering.
