Nothing Is Permanent, Even The Pepsi Disaster
The executives at Pepsi would be thanking their Gods from the bottom of their hearts after hearing about the United Airlines fiasco captured on social media.
No one would expect a brand to disregard the safety protocols, but that doesn't mean that they do so at the price of disrespecting a consumer, and in the case of United Airlines a flight passenger.
Even though the United Airlines story is a blessing in disguise for Pepsi, but it doesn't deviate from the point that brands are being very careless and inconsiderate with how they are managing the message being communicated to the target market.
