Care To Win Creative Awards? Keep It Simple & Smart.

A lot of agencies fall into the trap of delivering the typical results which will help the brand be aligned to its industry and also be a safe bet as to how the consumer might react.

To create an extraordinary brand experience it is imperative for the brand and the agency to have guts to do things which no other brand in its industry will even dream to do. In this modern day & age of multiple advertising channels, it has become quite a challenge for agencies to deliver something that stands out and cuts through the clutter. 

But, there are a selected few who can actually turn things around and force people to think again before opting for the typical solution to their advertising problem. In my opinion someone like Fadi Yaish definitely qualifies as the Don Draper of the Middle East region because he keeps on redefining the limits and pushing them further with every work he does.

It was no surprise to me when Centrepoint, part of Landmark Group, went on to win 2 gold awards at the recently held DubaiLynx 2017 awards. Salute to the likes of Shyam Sunder for believing in this fabulous idea from Fadi Yaish lead ImpactBBDO team and agreeing to push the boundaries of retail advertising in the region.
